This long weekend sure gone very fast, with Rayan circumcision, friends over for lunch and busy taking care of the little prince, I didn't see the weekend gone like a snap. Taking care of Rayan really pushing my energy to the limits - i got all sort of kicks while trying to put some cream on his wound..we should have do the circumcision when he still a baby, less problem..maybe
Louisa has been very very patient since that day, such a good girl, been helping me a lot and her brother too..hope Rayan will remember this always.
Yesterday was a wedding for my cousin too in KL, this is the time where I wish I'm back home and enjoying the buzz of the preparations up the the D-day itself. According to mom, lot's of people were asking about us..sadly we're far away from home...and the thing i really miss are the foods (quite evident isn't it?) and the gossips...what happened to this person and that person, yeah call me nosy but i kinda like it..hahahahaa
Karim reached home quite early yesteday bearing 1 big box...i can't really guess what it is but he told it was for me..jump to the joy!!! My winter shoes and my recipe book are here!!!! Double jump of joy and i got backache few hrs later...silly me. I told Karim, for my whole growing up life, I've been wanting this shoes and thanks to him i got it now. He asked my why i didn't tell him earlier, well knowing me i wouldn't asking things unless i really needed. And why now? Err I got my reason...winter in Doha ( not a good excuse though) and our next trip to Istanbul, i need a good walking shoes cum waterproof boots in case if it's raining.
Talking about my recipe book, I'm so happy with the end result though I just notice I forgot to deleted one line of phrase that i should have edited before sending it for printing, but well, one learn from the mistake and now Karim will follow what I'm doing, we will try to compile some of the photos from our trip in Jordan and make it to a book and like my friend Kala said to me, it will be a nice photo book for a coffee table..thank you Kala for telling me about this, I owe you dear friend.
update: gawd, i got blisters after 1 hr walking in it..well, even with a simple sandal i got it too
My newly arrived photo book...

Yay!!! Just knowing that your recipes exist as a hardbound coffee table book somewhere in this earth makes me very very happy! Can't wait to see the Jordan photo book and I hope that one day I can read your recipe book too. I know the recipes are online, but print is so much more exciting! ;)
