We got a scary/funny experience during our trip to Jordan..such as got stop by the army/police, high speed controlled on our way to Karak Castle. Okay, part of it was my fault (see I'm taking the blame too Darling). I was talking to Karim while he's driving..being a chatterbox I can't stop talking of course, specially the view are just sooooo beautiful. The road to go to Al Karak were superb and while we talked, suddenly Karim slowed down the car...he look bit panic..and asked me if I did saw the speed limit sign..nooo...here we are, stop by the polic. They asked our passports and all the questions : where we from - where are we going before and after - and last they saw the childrens sleeping at the back. The police asked Karim to slow down as the road are quite winding and narrow and want us to be careful..before leaving they did told us to enjoy our holiday too...gosh that's quite scary isn't it? Okay, now when we look back, we find it's quite funny now specially Karim told me that it was my fault for talking too much..huh
Secundo : When we were in Karak Castle, we got followed by some local teenagers, about 6 of them. They mocking us by talking english between them and laughed everytime we look at them..yes it is easy to ignore but there's a limit isn't it? The one that I'm really pissed were when Karim and the kids climbed up the tower and I was left alone as I'm too scared to climb as it's quite steep..while I was minding my own business...this group of kids came upon me and looking at me sheepishly...I just ignore them and start to play with the camera...they quite insisting and start to speak to me..I'm so relieved at the same time Karim appeared of nowhere. I start to scream and saying in english - THE YOUNGSTER ARE PISSING ME OFF - of course they got bit scared and left me..I hope it will teach them a lesson - never disturb someone wife!

Our friend who went to Jordanie said she was really bothered by the people, mainly boys, who would make remarks about her behind her back around Amman. They picked the wrong person to bother... you may be small but you can definitely defend yourself. Until Karim comes over and kicks their asses!
