J'ai réussi faire 2 l'opéra et 4 cake aux fruits...tout ça? Et oui... Cote look, un peu ratée mais cote goût.. c’est exactement comme j’ai imaginer..Je vais ajouter le recette demain si je suis pas trop occuper
Since early this morning, I'm very busy in the kitchen baking cakes, 2 operas (known also as Clichy cake, normally the cake are made from joconde or almond sponged cake but I cheated and use Savoie cake instead and covered with chocolate ganache and coffee butter cream) ummmm..just imagine all this delicious stuff will go down straight to the hips... Okay, I have to admit my Opera cake doesn't look like what it's suppose to be, well, this is my first time doing it so GIVE ME A BREAK HAHAHAHAA....but the taste absolutely marvelous, exactly the taste that I had tried everytime(puji diri sendiri lagi tu kuang..kuang..kuang).

Karim asking me if I can bake some fruit cakes for him too, he wanted to bring over to his office tomorrow, basically the kitchen was very busy today, between the cakes, I have to make some cream, ganache and all sort of thing. I do wish I have a bigger kitchen. or better - 2 more of hands but will I be able to be in all the places??? Now the fruit cakes came out lovely (tak habis lagi sessi memuji ni..) and now slowly cooling off and no more baking for tomorrow..promise

Wahhh..kek standard kedailah nyah..rajinnyalah hai..maksud i bukan rajinlah tapi memang berbakat..harus u bukak cafe nnti balik france.My fav.fruit cake..pak mentua i rajin dan selalu buat sebab dia makan dengan kopi..tapi tak pernahlak mintak resepi..mak beli kat kedai baru 5dollar jek..jimat segala..hehehe.Keep go work nyah...

Achik kalau tengok kek tu depan mata - serabai habis...tapi you ni punyalah baik..memuji aje..sampai kembang tak boleh nak duduk hah..
Fruit cake tu pun my hb punya feveret. Seminggu sampai 2-3 kali kena buat..nasib baiklah i ni ada rajin sikit untuk baking, dia dah sound tu ada mesin mahal-mahal takkan buat perhiasan je kot..kuang...kuang.
pssst...you punya blog tu pun i melawat sampai 4-5 kali sehari tau..penunggu setia

Aah yelah kan..kalau orang dah suka fruit cake tu mmg gitu..cam pak mentua i pun tak boleh putus..dah tinggal sikitkansure dia buat..i dulu rajin gak makan pastu camne ntah leh terberhenti..ni nak christmas lagilah sana sini orang buat fruit cake erk..ke apa tu pudding tu..

Christmas pudding ya...tapi yang tu dorang curah liquor kan? Pak mentu you macam my hb la ye, dia pun sama jugak, tengok kek tu dah tinggal sekeping dua, dia dah order..cess macam kat kedai pulak main order-order aje...You dah muak kot..
